Our Police Officers make great sacrifices, personally, and for their families, putting their lives on the line to protect us and keep our neighborhood safe. It is a thankless job..well, WAS a thankless job. We are going to change that.
With the help of our current sponsor, locally-owned and delicious Village Roaster, and YOU amazing neighbors, BecauseWeCan is now hosting a monthly police appreciation day for our officers at Lakewood Police Department that welcomes our officers to enjoy a coffee on us on the 1st of every month at Village Roaster (either in the Lakewood Cultural Center across from the Police Department or their main branch on W Alameda Pkwy. As soon as we receive enough in recurring donations, we will be pulling the trigger on adding other local businesses as well. So jump on board, and THANK YOU!
